About the Role

We're seeking a Creative Production Manager to own the operational execution of the graphics production pipeline across experiential programs. This role bridges Creative and Production, ensuring design intent is translated into organized, technically accurate, production-ready deliverables while maintaining quality, visibility, and momentum throughout the project lifecycle. This individual specializes in coordinating graphics development, managing production workflows, and partnering with Creative, Account, and Production teams to successfully transition creative concepts into fabrication-ready assets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the graphics production workflow from design development through production handoff
  • Build and maintain graphics trackers, asset inventories, deliverable schedules, and production timelines
  • Coordinate graphics milestones across Creative, Production Artists, and Print Production groups
  • Drive visibility into graphics status, dependencies, risks, and upcoming milestones
  • Ensure all graphics deliverables remain aligned with project priorities and production timelines
  • Own the graphics quality control process from creative development through production handoff
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance checkpoints throughout the graphics lifecycle
  • Coordinate cross-functional reviews between Creative, Production Artists, and Print Production to validate artwork prior to release
  • Ensure graphics packages are complete, approved, technically accurate, and production-ready before fabrication begins
  • Manage version control, revision tracking, file organization, and release documentation
  • Identify and proactively resolve quality risks to minimize downstream revisions, production delays, and onsite issues
  • Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of Production Artists throughout project execution
  • Partner with Creative leadership to prioritize work, balance workloads, and maintain alignment with creative intent
  • Ensure artwork is developed to required production specifications without compromising design quality
  • Facilitate communication between Creative, Production Artists, and Production teams throughout graphics development
  • Serve as the operational bridge between Creative, Account, and Print Production throughout the graphics development process
  • Translate evolving creative decisions into organized production workflows
  • Coordinate asset requests, approvals, dependencies, and graphics deliverables across disciplines
  • Surface operational risks early and facilitate cross-functional problem solving
  • Maintain alignment between creative development, production readiness, and fabrication schedules
  • Partner with Creative and Salt Production teams to ensure graphics installations remain aligned with approved creative intent
  • Oversee onsite graphics quality assurance, validating installations against approved creative and production documentation
  • Coordinate graphics revisions, replacement assets, and production adjustments as necessary
  • Support Creative and Production teams in resolving graphics-related challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Maintain visibility into graphics deliverables throughout installation to ensure a seamless transition from creative development to final execution
  • Partner with Production, Fabrication, and Creative teams to implement field changes while preserving both creative integrity and production quality

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in experiential production, creative operations, environmental graphics, design production, print production, or related fields
  • Experience managing graphics production workflows for experiential, retail, environmental, museum, hospitality, or live event projects
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite workflows and production file management
  • Experience partnering closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Production Artists, and Production teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex production timelines in fast-paced agency environments
  • Understanding of fabrication processes, environmental graphics, production artwork, and installation workflows
  • Experience with project management and collaboration platforms including Asana, Google Workspace, and production tracking tools
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by project needs
  • Contribute to a creative and positive work environment by being collaborative, open to ideas, and treating team members with respect
