About the Role

The Golden State Warriors are seeking an Assistant to build positive relationships and support partnership activations. This role involves executing corporate partner game day activations and marketing activities, ensuring partner satisfaction through extraordinary customer service. The position reports to the Senior Project Manager, Partnership Development, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing sports and entertainment organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for game day Corporate Partnership Hospitality Suite operations, including check-in, ticket fulfillment, and food/beverage ordering.
  • Support non-game day event activations such as community relations programs, player appearances, and corporate VIP experiences.
  • Develop recap presentations for corporate partners for mid-season and end-of-season meetings.
  • Conduct research to aid partnership development and sales teams, and assist in delivering sponsorship proposals.
  • Help audit game day partnership signage.
  • Utilize a CRM management tool for new business and existing partnerships.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure sponsorship agreements are met with high client satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support for key client meetings and departmental projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6-12 months of experience in event marketing or sports sponsorship activation.
  • Understanding of social media marketing and digital platforms, with the ability to track digital activation results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, service, and resolution skills.
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships with corporate partners and colleagues across all organizational levels.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work most games and special events from October through June, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
