Responsibilities
- Maintains and repairs heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Services and troubleshoots refrigeration systems and related accessories.
- Repairs and calibrates pneumatic and electronic equipment and temperature control systems.
- Maintains and tests emergency electrical systems.
- Installs, maintains, and repairs locks and door hardware.
- Performs routine and emergency maintenance on electrical systems.
- Tests, inspects, and repairs fire safety equipment.
- Maintains and services patient care equipment.
- Conducts day-to-day running repairs to support continuous and safe operation of hospital services.
- Performs facilities maintenance, operations, and technical work.
Requirements
- Four years minimum experience.
- Knowledge of heating cooling and ventilation.
- Current valid applicable state driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements.
