About the Role

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Services and troubleshoots refrigeration systems and related accessories.
• Repairs and calibrates pneumatic and electronic equipment and temperature control systems.
• Maintains and tests emergency electrical systems.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs locks and door hardware.
• Performs routine and emergency maintenance on electrical systems.
• Tests, inspects, and repairs fire safety equipment.
• Maintains and services patient care equipment.
• Conducts day-to-day running repairs to support continuous and safe operation of hospital services.
• Performs facilities maintenance, operations, and technical work.

Requirements

• Four years minimum experience.
• Knowledge of heating cooling and ventilation.
• Current valid applicable state driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements.
