About the Role
Auquan is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their PMM career who is polished, curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership. You will work with product, sales, and customer teams to gather insights, perfect launches, and create resonant content. You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing to deliver positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and customer content.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and customer teams to gather insights that shape messaging, content, and launches.
- Embed with Product and Engineering teams to understand build decisions and inform market communication.
- Own the creation of high-quality written content, including product one-pagers, decks, battlecards, roadmap content, blog posts, and web copy.
- Support customer marketing initiatives such as case studies, testimonials, reference programs, and customer-facing campaigns.
- Be client-facing when needed to gather user stories and represent the company.
- Help shape the product marketing function as the team grows within an AI-native company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product, marketing, communications, consulting, journalism, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives.
- Curious and diligent, with a strong desire to understand the 'why' behind things.
- Comfortable and credible in client-facing interactions.
- Proactive and self-directed.
- Hungry to learn, coachable, and eager to build a career in product marketing.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
- Experience in financial services (preferred).
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (preferred).
- Experience supporting or running customer reference/advocacy programs (preferred).
