About the Role
Ferraro Foods is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Multifunction Associate to support warehouse operations, ensuring product is stored, moved, and ready for customers across the food industry.
Responsibilities
- Select and build customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Put away incoming product to the correct warehouse locations
- Replenish pick slots
- Move product throughout the warehouse using equipment
- Organize aisles and maintain clean, safe work areas
- Follow proper product rotation (FIFO)
- Use RF scanners to track, move, and manage product
- Support different areas of the warehouse based on daily needs
- Support daily warehouse operations
Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment (electric pallet jack, reach truck, etc.)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and move product (up to 80 lbs throughout the shift)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks continuously throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and stay on task
- Team player with a willingness to help where needed
