About the Role
We are searching for a Room Attendant with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to ensure every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every room is at its absolute best for guests.
- Assist guests with any needs or requests.
- Advise supervisor of progress or problems.
- Monitor and control supplies to minimize waste.
- Reunite guests with lost or misplaced items.
- Regularly assist with deep clean projects.
Requirements
- Must be fit and able to be on your feet most of the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms.
- Ability to push/pull heavy objects.
- Ability to bend and kneel.
- Literacy skills including reading, writing, and basic math.
- Flexible attitude to shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
