Stoney Clover Lane is seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Specialist to fulfill custom orders by sewing digitally embroidered patches onto luggage accessories. This role is crucial for ensuring a memorable guest experience and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill custom orders by sewing digitally embroidered patches onto luggage accessories.
- Sew custom projects onto luggage accessories with speed and accuracy.
- Meet daily sewing targets and communicate any challenges.
- Adjust patch layout and alignment based on invoice pictures or instructions.
- Assist in customization by laying out customized designs before sewing.
- Check inventory sheets for accuracy of customized designs pre- and post-sewing.
- Maintain a clean workspace after projects and customization.
- Communicate supply needs, efficiency ideas, and process improvement suggestions.
- Travel to events or stores to provide in-the-moment sewing for guests.
- Perform other assigned office and/or retail duties.
Requirements
- Professional work experience.
- Must have experience with a domestic straight stitch sewing machine.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work legally in the USA.
- Must be comfortable traveling for events or stores for in-the-moment sewing for guests.
