About the Role
As a Level 3 Coach and the first step into size? management, you will aid the management team in the day-to-day running of the store. Your focus will be on creating a positive working environment while ensuring the sales team consistently delivers exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the store manager and assistant manager to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the store and money handling as a key holder.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries, providing optimal resolutions.
- Monitor sales team performance daily to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Utilize business knowledge and reports to assist with product placement of key selling lines.
- Manage deliveries and stock handling in a timely manner, adhering to stock control procedures to minimize loss and maximize profits.
- Uphold company standards, acting as a mentor, leader, and positive role model.
- Ensure daily briefs and Head Office communications are shared and understood by the team.
- Implement and delegate tasks with follow-up, leading by example with a hands-on approach.
- Assist with the induction and training of new starters and the development of existing colleagues.
- Manage daily tasking requirements and replenishment systems to ensure the sales floor is always stocked.
- Conduct work in a safe and responsible manner.
- Engage with the visual team to develop merchandising skills, standards, and commercial opportunities.
- Understand and apply KPIs (Footfall, ATV, USP, Conversion) to drive and exceed store targets.
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong work ethic and effective time management skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising would be advantageous.
- Commercially driven.
- Flexible with working hours to meet business needs.
