About the Role

RSM UK is seeking a Lead Presentation Designer to join their Integrated Marketing & Communications team. This senior role will work directly with the CEO and national/global leaders to create impactful presentations that communicate strategy and drive the firm's growth agenda. The position demands exceptional design skills, an agency mindset, and the ability to handle high-stakes, time-sensitive requests with precision and creativity.

Responsibilities

Own the narrative by interrogating raw content and shaping the story.
Set the craft standard by designing compelling visual communication for senior leaders.
Incorporate advanced animation and motion graphics using PowerPoint, After Effects, or Premiere.
Create clear and legible charts, diagrams, illustrations, and data visualizations.
Respond to high-intensity requests, iterating rapidly with leaders under pressure.
Champion AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gamma, Beautiful.ai) in the creative process and train colleagues.
Develop and maintain presentation templates, master slides, and assets to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

Approximately 6+ years of experience in presentation and communication design.
Agency experience is preferred, with a background in professional services, corporate communications, or a similar high-stakes environment.
Exceptional, demonstrable PowerPoint skills, including advanced animation, master-slide management, and template creation.
A strong passion for presentation design and a desire for continuous improvement.
Ability to distill complex, unstructured content into a clear argument.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and market-sensitive material.
Agency-honed temperament, with the ability to manage high-stakes, time-critical situations calmly.
Confidence and maturity to engage with and influence senior stakeholders.
Fluency with AI tools in a creative workflow and the ability to train others.
