About the Role

The Head of Operations reports to Sauraj (Co-CEO, GTM and Operations) and takes ownership of operational excellence company-wide. This role partners with functional leads in Finance, Legal, People, IT, InfoSec, and Compliance to ensure seamless operations and leads the operations team, scaling it for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Builds the operating engine for growth and scale, designing processes that accommodate rapid increases in headcount, revenue, and complexity.
• Drives operational excellence across finance, people, legal, and the wider back office, ensuring alignment with IT, InfoSec, and compliance.
• Resolves complex, cross-functional problems by bringing stakeholders together and motivating them to achieve project goals.
• Acts as a decision partner by framing trade-offs, surfacing risks, and translating decisions into actionable plans based on reliable data.
• Builds and inspires the operations team, fostering a positive environment and setting high standards for execution.

Requirements

• High-growth experience, including operating within a company through rapid scaling and implementing scalable processes and structures.
• Global operating experience, managing operations across multiple countries and regions.
• Broad operations ownership, driving operational excellence in at least two of finance, people, legal, or business operations.
• Leadership experience, building and developing strong teams and attracting top talent.
• Experience in the data, developer tools, or AI market is a plus.
• Experience building an operations function from startup to scale is a plus.
