Responsibilities
- Handle service calls promptly.
- Conduct semi-complex maintenance tests.
- Analyze existing BAS systems.
- Advise service coordinator, technicians, and external providers on issue resolutions.
- Interpret mechanical drawings.
- Configure, calibrate, and test sensors, actuators, and field devices.
- Load, test, and confirm communication among BAS controllers.
- Perform system check-out, commissioning, and document results.
- Assist lead technician during owner training.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance business prospects.
Requirements
- One (1) year of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, especially Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, I/A, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4.
- One (1) year experience with Building Automation Systems and Protocols, including LON, BACnet, ModBus, and Metasys.
- Basic Ethernet networking including setting up of IP addresses and network communication.
- MS Office Suite experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of Building Automation Control systems with troubleshooting experience.
- Basic low voltage electrical testing skills.
- Must be authorized to work in US.
- Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License.
