Responsibilities
- Define your own mandate in a flat, fast-moving team.
- Solve real problems at the frontier of AI and biology, covering the agent platform, science, infrastructure, product, and commercialization.
- Take end-to-end ownership, diagnosing problems before designing solutions and seeing them through to completion.
Requirements
- High agency and ability to handle tasks end-to-end without a playbook.
- AI-native with a strong instinct for high-leverage AI applications.
- Low-ego, can-do attitude, and easy to work with.
- Demonstrated ability through a concrete track record of personal building, shipping, selling, or discovery.
- Ability to be in the South San Francisco office five days a week (hybrid options may be available for some roles).
