About the Role

Caris Life Sciences is transforming cancer care and changing lives through precision medicine, molecular science, and AI. We are seeking an Alliance Manager to lead coordination, execution, and relationship management for projects with biopharma and biotech companies, driving innovation and improving the human condition.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination, execution, and relationship management of projects partnering with biopharma and biotech companies.
• Develop and implement CDx programs, molecular profiling, and real-world evidence programs in collaboration with various internal departments.
• Directly manage a portfolio of alliances.
• Lead partner implementations to exceed expectations and meet timelines.
• Manage project functions including deliverables, budgets, revenue, and proposals.
• Research and communicate the value of Caris offerings and deliver scientific information appropriately.
• Conduct due diligence to understand partner organizations and objectives.
• Develop and demonstrate competency in Caris's solutions to provide best practice recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through partner focus, professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Utilize laboratory information system and CRM software for data entry, gathering, and analysis.
• Evaluate client concerns and trends to recommend changes.
• Collaborate with R&D, clinical operations, quality, and regulatory affairs on diagnostic assay proof of concept.
• Lead partner meetings and workshops, ensuring clear documentation and tracking of decisions and action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in molecular biology, clinical molecular diagnostics, oncology, scientific protocols/proposals, oncology/pathology/lab workflow, clinical research, healthcare project implementation, or drug development/companion diagnostics.
• Strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• History of delivering results on time in a multi-group setting.
• Proficiency in medical and healthcare terminology.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
