About the Role
This role is part of a team driving significant growth for iHeart, engaging advertising partners with best practices, education, research, and partnership opportunities. The position serves as an internal catalyst for growth, discovery, team synergy, and optimization, with external-facing exposure to support sales conversations with clients and agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner with and support Sales, Marketing, and Client Success in developing go-to-market strategy, sales materials, and program recaps.
- Provide administrative and process support for meetings, presentations, and client communication.
- Maintain client invite lists for iHeartMedia events.
- Generate sales-related reports, including sales activities and revenue data.
- Track Salesforce activity reporting on accounts.
- Coordinate with the internal Research team for category context and research studies.
- Partner with Marketing and B2B teams on marketing materials, campaign set-up, and conference activations.
- Coordinate audio creative development with the iHeart Studio team.
- Help identify and optimize target client prospect lists.
- Respond to ad-hoc Health Client requests.
- Gather status updates on all accounts and identify clear next steps with internal sales teams.
- Serve as a resource for iHeartMedia Health Sales team members, sharing the latest materials, pharma creative examples, and trends.
- Join Sales presentations with Client/Agency partners as needed.
- Navigate iHeartMedia resources to find the best solutions for Clients and Agency partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Media Company, Agency, or Client-side role, particularly Account Management.
- Modest level of pharma advertising experience or exposure is preferred.
- Experience working across an organization with various teams.
- Flexible personality.
- Analytical and curious with an interest in the evolving healthcare and pharma marketplace.
- Strong writing capabilities.
