About the Role
This role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ranging from large to extra-large individual initiatives. The individual will lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes managing resources, mitigating risks, and fostering effective communication amongst stakeholders. The role requires a high degree of organizational skill, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This individual may also be a mentor to less experienced project managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessments.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project roadblocks.
- Define and manage project scope, ensuring all deliverables align with business objectives.
- Manage changes to scope effectively and efficiently.
- Allocate and manage project resources (human, financial, and material) effectively to optimize performance and meet project deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain a detailed RAID log.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports.
- Maintain meticulous documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, project artifacts, and approvals.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet defined quality standards.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in project management to include successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget and managing multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Experience in project management in the healthcare or health insurance industry
- Experience using a range of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Compliance with ethical and legal standards and behavioral expectations as set forth in the code of business conduct and company policies.
- Compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) as described in the Notice of Privacy Practices and Privacy Policies and Procedures.
- Compliance with all data security guidelines established within the Company’s Handbook of Privacy Policies and Practices and Information Security Policy.
- Compliance with the company’s Code of Business Conduct, including adherence to applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations as well as company policies and training requirements.

- $94,200.00
- $151,000.00
