About the Role

The Biologicals and Chemicals Division (BCD) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial leadership for the Detroit and Miami sites. This role will partner closely with Operations and Business leadership teams to drive operational performance and value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to site leadership and business segment leads, providing financial guidance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Review, analyze, and monitor complex revenue, margin, and operating expense performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Interpret financial results and translate data into actionable insights for business performance understanding and decision-making.
  • Support the development of the annual operating plan, weekly revenue forecasts, and other financial projections.
  • Monitor cost performance and provide guidance on financial results, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with site leadership on benchmarking, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build an environment of strong internal controls and adherence to company policies.
  • Model a continuous improvement mindset and drive efficiency across business, functions, and finance operating processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Cognos or equivalent reporting tools.
  • Travel less than 25%.

Salary/Compensations

  • $93,800.00–$140,675.00
