About the Role
This role challenges digital norms and creates industry-leading campaign strategies. The ideal candidate is an expert in SEM marketing, excited by new data, and enjoys rigorous data review. They will build strong client relationships, provide strategic direction, ensure SEM account health, and nurture staff development.
Responsibilities
- Liaise between search and cross-functional teams to contribute to a multi-channel approach.
- Manage team development, including utilizing L&D tools, creating internal opportunities, and maintaining positive morale.
- Establish short-term and long-term goals for accounts, subject to Director approval.
- Oversee direct reports and ensure overall team development and success.
- Translate briefs into strategy, execute strategy with Manager/Sr. Specialist, and monitor performance to drive pivots.
- Lead scalable tests and share learnings across client accounts and the KINESSO team.
- Continuously evaluate search marketing strategies to find competitive advantages for KINESSO.
- Identify and communicate trends in search and client industries.
- Create and present case studies and points of view.
- Analyze multi-touch attribution reports (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).
- Analyze search planning budgets to identify strengths and weaknesses and ensure proper financial allocation.
Requirements
- Substantial experience within an agency environment.
- Expertise in Google, Bing, and other search partners.
- Advanced knowledge of at least two bidding platforms (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo, SA360).
- Polished presentation skills.
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and handle other duties as assigned.
