About the Role

The Shipper is responsible for preparing orders for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining shipment accuracy using RF Smart shipping programs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate electric hand jack, fork truck, and stand-up lift to move product.
• Prepare items for shipment.
• Read and understand customer orders.
• Load trucks.
• Organize shipment paperwork for daily truck loading.
• Accurately utilize shipping computer programs, including UPS and FedEx systems.
• Cross-train in Material Handling.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for 10 hours.
• Forklift training is provided and requires attendance and passing of classroom and hands-on training.

Skills

• Fork truck experience preferred.
• RF Smart experience preferred.

• Full-time

Salary/Compensations

• $18.25 per hour, increasing to $19.75 within 6 months.
