About the Role

As an Assistant Manager at Rebel Convenience Stores, you will play a key role in the success of your store by assisting the Store Manager with daily operations, supervising and training team members, delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and driving efficiency. Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and assume their role when needed.
Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure smooth operations.
Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues professionally.
Build positive relationships with regular guests.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, stock levels, and safety standards.
Adhere to company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
Manage inventory and complete reports.
Help maintain high operational standards.

Requirements

2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid driver’s license.
Proof of insurance.
Flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
