About the Role

The Floor Manager supports and supervises general operations at the Bloomingdale’s concession. This role involves assisting customers, resolving inquiries, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, and analyzing KPIs to drive sales while supporting the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support merchandising guidelines, replenishment, and housekeeping standards.
• Manage stock routines, inventory, and stock holding.
• Maximize sales potential and ensure consistent delivery of customer service standards.
• Analyze location performance and KPIs to support achievement of business plans.
• Drive awareness of brand promotions, marketing, and clienteling initiatives.
• Assist in managing controllable elements of store profit and loss budgets.
• Execute daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Delegate tasks effectively and communicate feedback to management.
• Adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
• Perform accurate cash handling and banking procedures.

Requirements

• Experience as a Floor Supervisor, Keyholder, or similar retail management role, preferably in fashion.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Passion for fashion and the brand.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary.
