About the Role

As a Talent Strategy Intern at Consultport, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. This role is critical to Consultport's rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage with top talent using channels such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and community events, ensuring a positive end-to-end candidate experience.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from writing job descriptions and conducting interviews to making an offer.
• Grow Consultport's employer brand by driving new initiatives, building an employer brand, strengthening relationships with partners, and serving as a company ambassador at events.

Requirements

• You are a people person and thrive on speaking with candidates from various backgrounds.
• You are naturally curious, comfortable asking questions, and eager to understand people and their motivations.
• You embrace ownership, welcome responsibility, and take initiative to drive projects forward.
• You are resilient and can face uncertain and stressful situations with confidence.
