About the Role
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented individual to join our team. We are an organization whose success is rooted in our service culture, with a mission to exude hospitality, be respectful and authentic, prioritize stakeholder needs, and make a positive impact.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide personal recognition.
- Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
- Escort VIPs and check them in prior to arrival.
- Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and handle inquiries or transfers.
- Manage issued bank, count at shift start/end, and follow cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with lobby activation as needed.
- Handle guest PPI data using proper procedures.
- Follow checklists for check-in/check-out procedures, retrieving identification and payment.
- Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
- Bartend.
- Serve and prepare food in the kitchen.
- Work in banquets and breakfast as needed.
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
- Minimum of High School education.
Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
- Excellent time management skills.
