About the Role
As a Founder’s Associate (m/f/d), you'll work side-by-side with the founders and Chief of Staff on management projects. You will gain insights into building and scaling a company internationally, covering Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management, while developing a deep understanding of the consulting market.
Responsibilities
- Work on business-critical projects, evaluate their strategic importance, and help grow the products and service portfolio.
- Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
- Lead special projects to enable business and operational processes for scaling.
- Manage critical aspects of geographical expansion and enable international teams to function optimally.
- Support founders on time-critical projects and learn daily what it takes to scale a company.
Requirements
- Recently completed or about to complete a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s, latest by 2025) from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field.
- Strong academic track record with demonstrated excellence in analytical and strategic thinking.
- Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, finance, or startups).
- Strong Excel skills.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- German is very nice to have.
