About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time telemetry devices to track, detect, and interpret complex cardiac patterns and heartbeat variations.
  • Document irregular rhythms and immediately escalate significant cardiac changes to nurses and attending physicians for prompt medical intervention.
  • Ensure 100% operational readiness by testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telemetry monitoring equipment and vital supply inventory.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of cardiac rhythms preferred

  • Night shift
  • Three 12-hour shifts per week

Experience Level

  • 2+ years of healthcare or customer service preferred
  • Hospital experience preferred

  • High School diploma equivalency
