About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Management Office (PMO) professional to support the delivery of a strategic business growth initiative. This role bridges HR and project delivery, ensuring people-related workstreams are aligned and executed on schedule. You will ensure that the project maintains schedule adherence, deliver on commitments, and remain transparent to stakeholders and leadership. You will ensure risks, issues and dependencies are identified early and escalated appropriately. You will also ensure stakeholders remain engaged, informed, and aligned throughout project lifecycles. Through meticulous tracking, clear communication, and proactive coordination, you will help drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive weekly/monthly status reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with regular escalation protocols
  • Track project deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and timelines
  • Monitor project progress against baseline and flag variances for senior review
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, action items, and maintain meeting documentation
  • Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding actions, blockers, and dependencies
  • Compile and present executive dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Support change management communications and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Maintain organised, centralised project documentation and repositories

Requirements

  • Strong project coordination or PMO support experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – particularly strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail with accuracy in data tracking and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, showing self-awareness and respect for others
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to the firm’s culture and operating model
