About the Role

Middesk is seeking a tenacious and versatile full-cycle Technical Recruiter to help shape its future by building exceptional teams and accelerating company growth. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to translate business needs into candidate pipelines and new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle - sourcing, qualifying, and closing - across multiple concurrent searches for Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria, build structured interview processes, and refine employer branding strategies
  • Ensure a consistent, fair, and engaging candidate experience that reflects company values
  • Help evolve recruiting systems, tooling, and processes as the company scales

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with proven success recruiting technical talent
  • Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new profiles of talent
  • High ownership and the drive to succeed in an ambitious, fast-paced environment
  • Communication and collaboration skills to earn trust with both hiring teams and candidates
  • Proactive use of the AI-enabled recruiting tech stack, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Team-first mindset and a positive attitude
