About the Role

You’ll help put the Tempo blockchain in the hands of real users by building first-party products like Tempo Wallet and working directly with customers to integrate Tempo into their stablecoin flows. This role offers exposure to business-critical payments and crypto problems across various company sizes, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of the full product, integration, and go-to-market cycle.

Responsibilities

• Build internal and first-party applications on top of Tempo for both agents and humans
• Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into their payment systems
• Develop a deep understanding of the Tempo blockchain and its product surface area
• Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations quickly to get products shipped
• Bring field learnings back to Tempo to improve the product, developer experience, and blockchain itself

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• 1+ year(s) of experience in crypto
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to travel within the US to work with partners when needed
• Track record of shipping mission-critical systems where safety and reliability matter
• Ability to balance speed, pragmatism, and technical quality
