About the Role

Argon is seeking an industry expert to join the Life Sciences team as the first industry hire. This role bridges domain expertise with AI systems, focusing on pharma's portfolio strategy, governance, and commercial operations. You will help partners derive value from software products, drive deployments, and identify use cases to inform product execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development efforts, including attending industry events and leading client conversations for tailored use cases of Argon’s platform.
• Lead customer deployments with hands-on training and working sessions to ensure users derive value from the platform quickly.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap by deeply understanding customer workflows and identifying product gaps.

Requirements

• 6+ years in commercial and portfolio strategy in biopharma.
• Direct biotech or big pharma experience preferred over pure consulting.
• Deep working knowledge of pharma's internal governance process for clinical and commercial decision-making, with firsthand experience of how decisions are made.
• Experience running client-facing, multi-stakeholder engagements with significant complexity.
• Comfort operating without a defined structure.
• Experience using AI tools in your own work.

• $170,000 – $240,000
