About the Role
Match Retail is looking for energetic, tech-savvy sales representatives passionate about home electronics products to promote brands, communicate key messaging, and drive brand awareness. The goal is to grow sales and market share within an assigned store location, with bonus incentives available for target attainment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with consumers as the first point of contact
- Promote the range of home electronics products
- Demonstrate products to drive excitement and awareness
- Work in partnership with the store sales team and leadership team to build strong relationships
- Meet with your local field sales trainer and keep them informed of all happenings at the store
Requirements
- 3+ years of Sales Experience
- Experience in consumer electronics preferred
- Prior retail leadership experience an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of the consumer electronics industry is an asset
- Full time availability each week (shifts Wednesday through Sunday – weekdays afternoon/evenings, and weekends morning/afternoon)
- Outgoing and engaging
- Tech Savvy
- Experience with target attainment and setting goals and objectives
- Must be able to be stand for a long period of time
