About the Role
The Leadership Development Institute seeks qualified leadership coaches to deliver high-impact leadership development services. This role involves coaching workforce leaders to develop their strengths through stress management and self-reflective practices. Coaches will identify needs, customize action plans, and address specific behaviors. You will partner with leaders to analyze metrics, administer assessments, and create individual action plans.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in discovering and maximizing their talents.
- Develop clients' strengths and apply them to their life and work.
- Identify organizational drivers affecting performance.
- Establish and execute individual coaching development plans.
- Administer and submit data for assessments and surveys.
- Coach leaders in trust-building, feedback, and effective one-on-ones and other leadership skills.
- Establish coaching agreements with clients and document next steps.
- Design and implement training workshops and job aides.
- Share insights on trends and communicate opportunities to leadership.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and coordinate schedules.
- Report ethics violations and participate in training sessions.
- Submit timely reports, documentation, and other necessary paperwork.
- Provide programmatic support where needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, with some travel required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, human services, or related field
- 10+ years of experience as a high-performing leader or equivalent.
- Candidates who have relevant experience in key job responsibilities are encouraged to apply— a degree is not required as long as the candidate meets the required years of experience specified in the job description.

- All candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and maintain that valid work authorization throughout employment.
