About the Role
The Senior Manager, Global Market and Competitive Insights position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management Division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats.
Responsibilities
- Executing strategic pricing decisions and supporting analytics and messaging.
- Leading cross-collaboration conversations with commercial sales, finance, and Enterprise accounts to bring creative value propositions that are both financially robust and driving commercial penetration.
- Providing analytics on pricing trends, performance, and project cadence.
- Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with profitability and competitiveness goals.
- Identify pricing opportunities to drive top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Commercial on strategic alignment and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards for RGM KPIs.
Requirements
- Min 7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master's degree preferred
- Keyboard use (greater or equal to 50% of the workday)

Salary/Compensations
- $86,700.00 – $173,300.00
