About the Role
Under general supervision of the Head Coach, the Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach assists in developing student-athletes academically and athletically for the women's volleyball program and contributes to the educational mission of the University by offering direction and instruction in women's volleyball.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the educational mission of the University by coordinating the instruction of student-athletes in training and competition.
- Assist with the recruitment of student-athletes for the program.
- Assist in planning practice, conducting practices, and game preparation.
- Provide motivation and support for student-athletes.
- Transport student-athletes to and from practices and competitions utilizing college-owned vehicles.
- Operate the program under the rules and regulations of the College, the NCAA, and the ECC.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
Requirements
