About the Role

As a qualified behavioral health services provider, your role is to provide quality clinical supports and supervision within the assigned caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional analyses to identify variables controlling problem behavior.
  • Develop skill acquisition and behavioral support plans.
  • Establish data collection systems to measure progress.
  • Train staff and providers on plan implementation.
  • Review and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
  • Provide parent training and skill building.
  • Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Master's degree.
  • One to two years of experience as a BCBA with High School students.
  • Ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to impart information clearly and succinctly.
  • Proficiency using technology.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work day hours.
  • Willingness to work some after school hours.
  • Must be fingerprinted as required by NYSED.
