About the Role
As a qualified behavioral health services provider, your role is to provide quality clinical supports and supervision within the assigned caseload.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional analyses to identify variables controlling problem behavior.
- Develop skill acquisition and behavioral support plans.
- Establish data collection systems to measure progress.
- Train staff and providers on plan implementation.
- Review and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
- Provide parent training and skill building.
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Master's degree.
- One to two years of experience as a BCBA with High School students.
- Ability to motivate and influence others.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to impart information clearly and succinctly.
- Proficiency using technology.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work day hours.
- Willingness to work some after school hours.
- Must be fingerprinted as required by NYSED.
