About the Role

The Outside Operations Staff provide critical service to TPC Harding Park members and guests, often being the first point of contact upon arrival. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable golf experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist PGA TOUR players, members, and guests with their golfing needs.
• Greet and welcome members and guests.
• Assist in preparing the golf course for play, including pulling golf cars and staging them.
• Manage golf bags, removing them from vehicles and loading them onto golf carts.
• Provide information to members and guests regarding course play.
• Ensure golf cars are clean, operational, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Golf Car Facility.
• Perform periodic car maintenance and minor repairs, updating service records.
• Service the practice facility by picking up golf balls, setting up the area, and replenishing balls.
• Assist departing members and guests by cleaning and loading golf clubs into their vehicles.
• Collaborate with Golf Shop staff to ensure adherence to club rules.
• Prevent members or guests from carrying their own clubs in designated areas.
• Undertake special projects or other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a country club or equivalent setting.
