About the Role

Join a locally owned and operated store to deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do. This is a full-time merchandising role requiring evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Maintain expert knowledge of assigned product inventory, placement, and expiry dates.
• Uphold Store Standards for image and trends.
• Ensure product displays are consumer-focused and 'shoppable'.
• Receive merchandise according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and organized backroom.
• Complete proper documentation for receiving and returning goods.
• Support Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards.
• Maintain a clean image for customers in accordance with uniform policy and dress code.
• Take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Comply with all Store Standards.
• Comply with loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder.
