About the Role
Join a locally owned and operated store to deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do. This is a full-time merchandising role requiring evening availability.
Responsibilities
- Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
- Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
- Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
- Maintain expert knowledge of assigned product inventory, placement, and expiry dates.
- Uphold Store Standards for image and trends.
- Ensure product displays are consumer-focused and 'shoppable'.
- Receive merchandise according to policies and procedures.
- Maintain a neat and organized backroom.
- Complete proper documentation for receiving and returning goods.
- Support Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards.
- Maintain a clean image for customers in accordance with uniform policy and dress code.
- Take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Comply with all Store Standards.
- Comply with loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb a ladder.
