About the Role
Lead our teacher development programme through Premier League Primary Stars, combining teacher development, school engagement, and football delivery to create lasting improvements in PE provision and positive outcomes for pupils. Contribute to community football programmes, coach development, and impact reporting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality PE and football-based learning through Premier League Primary Stars.
- Support teachers to grow their practice through mentoring, observation, co-delivery, feedback, and reflection.
- Develop and maintain teacher workbooks, digital resources, and learning materials.
- Build relationships with teachers, school leaders, and education partners.
- Facilitate CPD sessions and workshops to strengthen PE provision.
- Support the delivery of competitions, festivals, holiday provision, and community football activities.
- Mentor coaches, observe delivery, and share feedback and resources.
- Maintain accurate records, support monitoring and evaluation, and capture programme outcomes.
- Uphold high standards of conduct to prevent abuse and harm.
Requirements
- Experience delivering PE within primary school settings.
- Experience supporting adult learners.
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum for PE.
- Experience delivering workshops or CPD sessions.
- Football coaching experience.
- UEFA C Coaching Qualification as a minimum.
- Effective relationship-building skills.
- Experience monitoring programme outcomes.
- Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
- Must complete a DBS check and other essential background checks.
