About the Role

This role is part of The Hub, Fish’s remote-first group of professionals, supporting the Practice Systems Department. Hub employees work primarily from home with no expectation of a regular in-office presence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative, procedural, and project-based duties related to transfers, process review, client special procedures, audits, reporting, forms, and other operational needs.
  • Support the transfer process by coordinating workflows, tracking status, resolving routine issues, and escalating complex matters.
  • Assist with internal processes and outside vendor coordination for services such as PTA and proofreading.
  • Maintain and manage project logs, track assigned work, document new or revised procedures, and assist with training and cross-training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in patent or trademark prosecution support services preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in IP docketing/management systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in document management systems.
