About the Role

Apollo is building a collective intelligence capability that combines AI, automation, and connected data to make smarter underwriting decisions. This role ensures that new digital tools and capabilities are successfully adopted by colleagues, providing them with the necessary skills, confidence, and understanding to use them effectively in their daily work.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the skills and knowledge colleagues need for new technology and translate that into practical, iterative technical training and adoption activities.
  • Understand user adoption, identify barriers to adoption (skills gaps, confidence, process friction, tool issues), and design targeted interventions.
  • Deliver hands-on support and track the effectiveness of training and adoption activities.
  • Act as a liaison between technology development teams and end-users.
  • Develop a clear picture of adoption across the organization, identifying areas of traction and challenges.
  • Partner with product and delivery teams ahead of releases to shape user adoption of new functionality.
  • Design and deliver targeted, contextual technical training and enablement support.
  • Use training needs analysis to identify capability gaps, confidence issues, and change barriers, translating insights into learning interventions, communications, and support.
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback for product teams.
  • Build a lightweight and sustainable adoption framework.
  • Help colleagues across the business find genuine value in the tools being built.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital transformation, business change, or technology adoption.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between technology launch and effective user adoption.
  • Genuine tech-literacy, including personal use of AI tools and the ability to discuss technology credibly with product managers and engineers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Structured thinking and diagnostic abilities to identify adoption barriers.
  • Ability to translate diagnoses into practical training and enablement activities.
  • Experience in an environment with continuously evolving technology is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is useful but not essential.
