About the Role

Every smile starts with a great first impression. Not in the treatment room—but at the front desk. We're looking for a Dental Administrator who knows that exceptional patient care begins long before the appointment starts. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making people feel genuinely welcome, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.
  • Manage scheduling, patient communications, billing, and insurance coordination.
  • Support the clinical team by keeping daily operations running efficiently.
  • Answer questions, provide guidance, and help patients feel informed and cared for.
  • Help create a clinic environment that patients trust and enjoy returning to.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a dental office.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment coordination.
  • Experience using Cleardent or a similar dental practice management system.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
