About the Role

Responsibilities
- Directly supervise the Hearing Care Assistant Team, monitoring and coaching to achieve appointment targets.
- Perform Hearing Care Assistant tasks to provide coverage and support for other locations.
- Achieve team targets for completed appointments and conversions, ensuring adherence to processes.
- Lead regular meetings with the Hearing Care Assistant team for updates, support, and training.
- Participate in Client Excellence, Marketing, and related meetings.
- Assist in developing and outlining process improvements.
- Complete weekly and monthly team performance reports and create action plans.
- Maintain knowledge of marketing promotions, member insurances, systems, and business rules.
- Collaborate with department leadership on initiatives, identify improvements, and propose solutions.
- Organize, track, and complete assigned projects.
- Perform remote and in-person staff observations.
- Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Maintain coaching, counseling, attendance, and performance documentation.
- Uphold client and employee confidentiality, demonstrate HearUSA values, and maintain professionalism.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in a position requiring responsiveness to team member daily needs.
- Demonstrated skills in planning, analytical and critical thinking, problem solving, and proactive decision making.
- Ability to learn new systems/applications and train others.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Willingness to provide feedback and coaching positively.
- Experience working across departments/teams to achieve common goals.
- Proven mastery of excellence in customer service.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
