About the Role

Dorsia is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the execution of our digital product experience. This is a hands-on role for an AI-native designer who can take features from concept to launch, prototyping in working software. The strategy is set; the focus is on turning it into a polished, working product at a fast pace, utilizing AI tools to maintain quality and volume.

Responsibilities

  • Design major features end to end, from concept through launch, collaborating with product managers and engineers.
  • Deliver approval-ready designs with a high level of fidelity from the start.
  • Perfect micro interactions, transitions, and haptic details to create a premium feel.
  • Produce a high volume of high-quality work within the established design framework.
  • Rapidly iterate on new features, using AI tools to incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Build user flows, interaction patterns, funnels, and design system components across the digital presence.
  • Audit existing flows to simplify and sharpen the member journey, focusing on information architecture.
  • Balance refined UI with pragmatic UX to minimize friction for members.
  • Advocate for the luxury member by grounding design decisions in data and qualitative insights.
  • Use working prototypes as the primary design medium, leveraging AI design and coding tools.
  • Compress the time from concept to interactive build using AI tools.
  • Work directly with engineers, reading and producing code with AI coding tools.
  • Partner with growth and product teams to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation.
  • Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to advance design building processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products.
  • Significant tenure at a company recognized for design quality.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping working software through AI design and coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, v0, Lovable).
  • Portfolio showcasing ownership of large, complex features from end to end.
  • Portfolio with award-caliber interactive work and a strong focus on mobile.
  • Deep command of interaction design, information architecture, and design systems.
  • Obsessive attention to micro interactions.
  • Experience designing for international audiences across diverse markets and cultures.
  • Instinct for qualitative insight, building conviction through taste and direct observation.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma.
  • Genuine comfort reading, writing, and shipping code alongside engineers, utilizing AI coding tools.
  • Low-ego, high-output designer who thrives in detailed work and raises the bar with each release.
  • Experience in luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
