About the Role

Dorsia is seeking a Product Engineer to join our nimble, high-impact team. You'll work across the stack, shipping core product features, scaling systems, and improving the user experience using cutting-edge tools like AI-powered development environments and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and ship production code across mobile (React Native), backend (PHP and TypeScript), and infrastructure.
  • Use AI-powered tools to prototype, debug, and automate work faster, reducing repetitive effort.
  • Contribute across the stack, tackling UI polish, system performance, backend logic, and operational tooling.
  • Collaborate directly with product, design, and operations to define requirements and ship user-facing improvements.
  • Write clean, testable code and help establish practices that keep the codebase healthy as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of fullstack engineering experience, ideally on fast-moving product teams.
  • Track record of building with AI, from agentic workflows to AI-native features, as a core part of how you ship product.
  • High agency and ownership mindset, shipping and unblocking yourself without waiting on others.
  • Strong product sense and a sharp eye for user experience, ideally shaped by time in hospitality, luxury, or marketplace products.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Vercel, or Cloudflare.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and REST API design is a plus.
  • Comfort with SQL, Redis, and modern deployment workflows is a plus.
