About the Role
ServiceNow is seeking a Design Director to lead brand vision and design across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and scaling the brand identity, driving a design-led vision globally, and elevating design quality. The ideal candidate has experience in strategy, creative development, and meticulous execution, with a passion for technology and building senior relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive the global brand identity for all ServiceNow products and services, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability across all touchpoints.
- Lead a high-performing team to develop original, breakthrough brand systems, behaviors, and design solutions for a global audience.
- Foster and grow brand design culture by enabling world-class design.
- Drive decision-making processes and ways of working to improve performance, quality, and integrated execution approaches.
- Lead with vision, influencing Marketing, Product, and Business leadership to develop holistic brand systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in design, building consumer brands globally.
- 7+ years of demonstrated people management experience, coaching and developing team members.
- Experience leading with creative vision, purpose, and innovation.
- Experience driving brand solutions to business problems.
- Experience building portfolio brands and working with brand architecture.
- Experience across integrated design work: traditional, product, packaging, retail, and experiential.
- Experience recruiting talent and developing design careers.
- Experience managing internal, external teams, and agencies.
- Experience collaborating and driving consensus among highly cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to develop project and initiative presentations from strategy to execution.
- Experience partnering with and influencing marketing leadership and other executive stakeholders.
- Expert with creative tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adopt new processes, and embrace change.
