About the Role
As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Functional Consultant at Version 1, you will lead high-impact projects, shaping Core HR solutions for prominent organizations in the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for solution design, client workshops, and guiding clients through best practices, while collaborating with award-winning international teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically within Core HR.
- Lead workshops and advise the client on best practices for solution adoption.
- Lead the configuration of the system to match business requirements and system design.
- Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions.
- Create and develop workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
- Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope.
- Drive forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients.
- Influence testing strategy, delivery quality, and business outcomes across significant ERP transformation programmes.
Requirements
- Active or recently lapsed SC clearance required.
- End-to-End implementation experience within Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR).
- Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
- Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
- Experience running workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate).
- Provide functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding "leading practices" and software module functionality through all phases of an implementation.
- Document solutions clearly and share knowledge within the Cloud community.
