About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Recruitment Cloud Functional Consultant to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge Oracle Cloud projects across the UK & Ireland. This role involves leading workshops, designing best-practice solutions, coaching colleagues and clients, and becoming a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically within Oracle Cloud Recruitment.
- Leading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.
- Leading the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design.
- Demonstrating the solution in design playback sessions.
- Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
- Building trusted relationships with the client and managing their expectations on delivery within the scope.
- Driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.
- Influence testing strategy, delivery quality, and business outcomes across some of the UK's most significant ERP transformation programmes.
Requirements
- Active or recently lapsed SC clearance required.
- Multiple full lifecycle implementations under your belt.
- Expertise within Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
- Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
- Experience with multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
- Experience running workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate).
- Experience providing functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
- Ability to document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud community.
