About the Role

Provide an exceptional customer experience by guiding clients through the sales process using various platforms, including in-person and virtual appointments, phone, and live chat. Assist customers in selecting jewelry from our luxury product line, meet sales targets, and create personalized experiences during significant life moments.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through purchasing decisions via appointments and consultations, creating memorable experiences.
• Manage a high volume of sales leads via email, live chat, and phone to attain revenue targets.
• Greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process.
• Conduct post-sale appointments for customer inquiries and assistance.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Review customer feedback and online reviews to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience.
• Ensure product security.
• Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.
• Use ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
• Act as a brand advocate, sharing the company's mission for a sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
