About the Role
Pepper is seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Senior Manager, Brand & Integrated Marketing to translate brand strategy into impactful marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints. This role involves leading the integrated marketing calendar, go-to-market strategy, and campaign execution, fostering collaboration across teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and culturally relevant initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Brand in translating brand strategy into thoughtful marketing campaigns.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of Pepper's integrated marketing calendar and go-to-market plans.
- Manage the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across paid, email, organic social, website, influencer, creator, PR, and experiential touchpoints.
- Develop clear and inspiring creative and marketing briefs.
- Champion Pepper's brand standards across all campaigns and customer touchpoints.
- Lead cross-functional campaign teams, aligning marketing, creative, growth, product, operations, and external partners.
- Build strong relationships across teams, providing clear direction and surfacing dependencies.
- Provide guidance to cross-functional partners and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to the development of the brand marketing function by sharing best practices.
- Support the VP of Brand in developing and executing influencer, creator, and affiliate initiatives.
- Plan, manage and execute IRL events, creator experiences, and community activations.
- Identify partnership opportunities and manage the execution of collaborations.
- Manage the day-to-day relationships and execution with external partners.
- Own campaign and launch timelines, ensuring clear deliverables, owners, milestones, and deadlines.
- Oversee the execution of marketing assets, ensuring quality and brand standards.
- Track and manage marketing spend across assigned initiatives and forecast upcoming needs.
- Continuously improve marketing operations by developing scalable processes, workflows, and tools.
- Measure campaign performance and key brand marketing KPIs, delivering thoughtful recaps and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Growth and Analytics teams to understand trends.
- Manage the facilitation of customer insights through research, surveys, reviews, and qualitative feedback.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance, improve marketing processes, and strengthen the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or consumer marketing at a high-growth consumer, fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand.
- Lives in the Tri-State area with the ability to commute into our NYC office 1-2x monthly.
- Experience translating brand strategy into thoughtful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing cross-functional launches and initiatives from planning through execution.
- Experience working across a mix of marketing channels, with a strong understanding of how paid, owned, earned, social, creator, influencer, affiliate, and experiential marketing can work together.
- Well-connected to today's creator, influencer, affiliate, and social landscape.
- Experience managing agencies and other external partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to balance multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure work moves forward on time.
- A natural collaborator who enjoys connecting the dots across teams, bringing people together, and creating clarity in complex situations.
- Equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on doer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing creative briefs, communicating campaign strategies, and presenting marketing plans.
