The role involves reporting, data analysis, compliance, problem-solving, strategy execution, quality control, and cross-departmental collaboration. Comprehensive training is provided, with potential for future growth within the firm and significant experience in compliance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily reporting to firm management concerning Key Performance Indicators
- Review quality control workloads and assist with compliance
- Support Operations Supervisor and Director of Operations in resolving operational inefficiencies
- Review reports, analyze data and communicate findings with department managers and client contacts
Requirements
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Effective Project Management skills
- Ability to multitask and be a team player
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and recognize inefficiencies in processes and/or procedures as well as anomalies in data
- Staff member will spend 90% of their time at a computer work station
- The other 10% of the time the staff member will be meeting with other teams or using copy equipment, etc.
- Staff member will be expected to verbally communicate regularly with management and other team members
