About the Role

This role drives White Claw growth across National Accounts North, Key Account groups, route to markets, Independent free trade, and NUS Venues through effective JBP management. The position involves growing distribution, engaging sales teams, driving rate of sale through in-account activations, representing the brand at trade shows, and launching new portfolio innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts including Nationals, MRGs, IFT accounts, Universities, and Regional RTMs.
  • Secure listings of White Claw in new accounts across the North of England and National Accounts with Northern based head office.
  • Build effective JBPs with contracted customers and execute marketing plans to drive sales, visibility, and activation.
  • Negotiate trading terms and improve ROI across invested customers.
  • Manage internal finance processes including Forecasting, A&P, and invoice control.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for White Claw, communicating brand image and values.
  • Provide training for key buyers and staff to increase brand knowledge.
  • Plan and successfully launch innovation in line with the country plan.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports and deliver internal insights.
  • Own commercial deals and customer relationships for assigned accounts.
  • Manage customer P&L, investment, and activations to drive brand RoS.
  • Oversee forecasting and demand planning across the customer base.
  • Collaborate with key business functions such as marketing, supply chain, finance, and category.
  • Engage in cross-channel working to provide coverage for C&C and Convenience customers.
  • Create National accounts strategy with cross-functional teams.
  • Support and leverage festival listings and activation.

Requirements

  • Account management experience and relationships with national and regional groups along with RTMs.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Demonstrated passion for the beverage industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving market.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition of White Claw effectively.
  • Manage high profile complex customers to drive commercial return.
