About the Role

CJ Affiliate is seeking a strategic and commercially minded individual with digital marketing experience to manage a client portfolio of leading UK & Global brands. The role involves leveraging CJ's data, technology, and digital expertise to develop and execute strategies that meet advertiser business objectives. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to team alignment with client goals.

Responsibilities

• Work strategically and commercially with a client portfolio comprising of leading UK & Global brands.
• Develop strong relationships, understand advertiser business objectives, and execute strategies to achieve these goals.
• Support and steer long-term strategies across flagship accounts.
• Contribute to wider team alignment with client business objectives.
• Mentor more junior team members and ensure a focus on upskilling and personal development.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a client or partnerships facing digital marketing role.
• Hunger for information and a keen interest in all things digital.
• Proactive with a vibrant personality.
• 2+ years of exposure in digital media/client services and understanding of Affiliate Marketing.
• Understanding of fundamentals of Digital channels, tracking online consumer behavior and digital technology.
• A background of successfully delivering client business objectives.
• Proven record of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable presenting to both external and internal stakeholders.
